As the founder of The Pearl Collective, Jeniece leads with a heart rooted in Christ Jesus and transformation—believing that pressure is not meant to break us, but to refine us. Her life and leadership reflect a deep understanding that growth is a process, and every stage carries purpose.
Through her work, she has created spaces where individuals can be supported, challenged, and developed holistically—emotionally, spiritually, and practically.
